oh dear..... holidays coming to an end in two days time.. oh man, i am dreading this day. i shld have completed my tutorials long time during the start of the holidays but well I have to start mugging and burning midnight oil to complete the work. Sigh. totally disappointed
But i guess
did some revision( a little at least) during the holidays and completed a little work. enough to make me feel good before I go out to play. Well, I think i lost much weight during this holidays and probAbly trained up some muscle. I feel so fit (yar right). Anyway I went to swim at least four times this week, after which plunge into badminton and tennis. and cycled non-stop for like a few hours. Madness.
Watched Stepford Wives with the class recently, without Ms Gill, what a pity. But nonetheless the movie was great and I enjoyed the plastic'ness' and hollow-head of some the characters in the show. Plus I downloaded some movies like Garfield, 13 going on 30, waiting for me to watch. doubt I will have the time anyway. oops, I shldn't be announcing to the world that I downloaded movies.
Anyway had a chat with Kang, Daniel, Ching and Si Jun. pretty fun. about band, school, girls, gays and lesbians and all crap you can name. It was a pretty good way to pick up on the fadding friendship.
Anyway, I went to school for Malcom Frost's seminar today. he is a famour economist if you want to call him. I thought he was cute and wise and I also wished he was my grandfather. Haha. Then maybe I will be doing so much better for economics. Our class noticed that he speaks the same way as Ms Wong, or maybe the other way round. pretty interesting uh, these London School of Economics Graduates. I must say I learnt quite a lot from the seminar although there were moments he was way to boring and I couldn't understand what he was driving at. But nevermind, it was beneficial though. And not to mention that Ms WML, what event did she thought she was going to? matchmaking? the pink cardigon and black swim suit (what I perceved it to be) was just awful, disgusting, grotesque. ANd above all, she was going for Malcom Frost like some desperate chicken. Nah, I shan't be so nasty even though I have had enough. Haha, sorry for the rude comments. I'm sure she was just trying to be nice, probably a bit too nice, I feel sorry for Malcom.
As for band, it was pretty short as we didn't have to face Ms triple S as long as the woondwinds had with her. The brasses went to the SCAS to rehearse for the saturday's opening ceremony where PM Lee will be present. There were a few confusions here and there but the organisers were understanding enough not to pick up the little details and make a fuss of it. Nice people over there. BAck to the band room (sigh), triple S was having her PMS (provided it is still ongoing). she screamed or croacked at us and even picked on Joel in front of the band. After which she commented that our band, namely our batch is very rude as we do not even have the initiative to greet her and disrespects her
. 'Pls lor, ask her to look in the mirror first lor' . she also said that we should learn from the previous batch as they were obedient and always greeted her. Joel was thinking in his mind that, 'that was probably they were more afraid of you than we are'. Haha, well said. Sigh, looking at her just makes band meaningless. I thought VAriations On A Korean Folk SOng was pretty well played today and that was probably the moment I had enjoyed most today.
till I blog again. bye, muack.

yay.. the long anticipated holiday is here.. I guess I need a rest well for at least two days first.. after which i will embark on the quest to finish my homework and revision. as the promos is drawing near, the tension gets higher.. well. JC, can't really help much..
Love meridian day was totally awesome and i must say everyone appeared as retro and 60s as they could.. it totally rocked my day. I was dressed in my best and it felt really confortable as everyone looked similar and it was as though we all went back to the 60s. Well, some turned out Jamaican, African, modern, bluey.. but generally, everyone put in effort to look good and as close to the theme as possible. well done meridians.
the performance was splendid, i danced and shouted like I never did before. the class was pretty sporty, especially during the mass dance. but they died down towards the end of the concert. I guess the concert was getting draggy with the lousy sound system. but i thought it was a great effort overall.
hmm.. nothing much to say, i have to rush off for dinner.. gonna be late.. see ya .. muacks everyone..
